You will find this is one of the most convenient locations in Old Town Vallarta. Our condo is located in a brand new building called The Park, situated on the corner of Parque Lazaro Cardenas and Pino Suarez in the heart of Old Town Vallarta, just one flat block from Los Muertos beach and the famous Malécon/Boardwalk with an abundance of  restaurants, cafes, taco and fruit stalls, clothing & jewelry shops, galleries and theatres.

On Saturday mornings enjoy a stroll around the Seasonal Market held in the Lazaro Cardenas park below with vendor stalls from restaurants, bakeries, fruits, vegetables, artisan crafts, clothing and jewelry.  Many independent grocery stores on every block and larger grocery chains like Mega and Soriana are a short bus ride away.  If you want to venture further hop on a local bus (just across the road and for less than $1 you can ride down town where you will find large malls and stores like Sam’s Club, Walmart’s and Costco and Home Depot.
